Leads and develops the maintenance staff to eliminate top machine losses.
- Ensures technical and methodological support is provided to the departments in order to guarantee proper functionality and improvement of the equipment.
- Ensures detailed analysis of Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)/ Overall Line Efficiency (OLE) indicators, proper machines classification and validation of recovery plan appropriateness.
- Ensure the constancy of production through the correct maintenance of the equipment using the methodology of the Maintenance Domain
- Ensure the training of the personnel in charge in the maintenance domain
- Execute Benchmark with other plants for continuous improvement
- Execute floor audits to ensure adequate maintenance, comply with external and internal audits
- Analysis skills to detect root causes, follow-up for the closure of countermeasures
- Ensure the physical integrity of your staff in charge

**Requirements**:

- Profile: Production System Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanic Engineer, Quality & Validation Engineer.
- Experience: (Time/Type): 08 years of experience
