CompanyOverview: DomoModular is a pioneer in modular manufacturing and real estate within the steel modular construction industry.Located in Tijuana, Mexico, our facility combines advanced construction methods with sustainable practices to deliver superior living spaces.Job ObjectiveTo manage and oversee the structural development and assembly of prefabricated modules, ensuring effective integration from factory production to on-site implementation.LocationMDI Facility, Tijuana, Mexico.(Relocation fees not covered)This role is crucial for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is dedicated to driving and achieving strategic goals.ResponsibilitiesServe as the Program Manager for structural prefabricated modular projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.Coordinate project phases from inception through final integration, maintaining open communication with MDI Leadership.Partner with the DOMO Design and Development team to engineer standardized structural modules that enhance efficiency and minimize costs.Assist in converting structural designs into production-ready drawings with the MDI Engineering teams.Critically evaluate structural building designs for their impact on MDI module fabrication.Oversee on-site module assembly, ensuring compliance with quality and structural integrity standards.Manage supply chain logistics and minimize disruptions, accounting for local environmental factors.Conduct rigorous reviews of final structural elements to ensure compatibility with blueprint specifications.Oversee the structural supply chain and manage construction costs, employing patented connection systems to enhance efficiency.Champion sustainable practices and enhance project efficacy.Collaborate with engineering, construction, and legal teams to maintain project viability and regulatory compliance.Facilitate engineering and manufacturing change approvals, ensuring alignment with local and state regulations.RequirementsDegree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.4-6 years in structural design, real estate development, or construction; at least 4 years in project management, ideally in modular or prefabricated environments.Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD/Revit), project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Office), and familiarity with building codes (IBC/CBC).Exemplary leadership and communication skills; adept at budgeting; capable of managing multiple projects under pressure and liaising with external consultants.Bilingual in English and Spanish; eligible to travel to the United States for site assessments and meetings.#J-*****-Ljbffr
