**Job Objective**: To manage and oversee the structural development and assembly of prefabricated modules, ensuring effective integration from factory production to on-site implementation.
**Location: MDI Facility, Tijuana, Mexico. (Relocation fees not covered)**

Experiência y requisitos
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the Program Manager for structural prefabricated modular projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate project phases from inception through final integration, maintaining open communication with MDI Leadership.
- Partner with the DOMO Design and Development team to engineer standardized structural modules that enhance efficiency and minimize costs.
- Assist in converting structural designs into production-ready drawings with the MDI Engineering teams.
- Critically evaluate structural building designs for their impact on MDI module fabrication.
- Oversee on-site module assembly, ensuring compliance with quality and structural integrity standards.
- Manage supply chain logistics and minimize disruptions, accounting for local environmental factors.
- Conduct rigorous reviews of final structural elements to ensure compatibility with blueprint specifications.
- Oversee the structural supply chain and manage construction costs, employing patented connection systems to enhance efficiency.
- Champion sustainable practices and enhance project efficacy.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and legal teams to maintain project viability and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate engineering and manufacturing change approvals, ensuring alignment with local and state regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
- 4-6 years in structural design, real estate development, or construction; at least 4 years in project management, ideally in modular or prefabricated environments.
- Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD/Revit), project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Office), and familiarity with building codes (IBC/CBC).
- Exemplary leadership and communication skills; adept at budgeting; capable of managing multiple projects under pressure and liaising with external consultants.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; eligible to travel to the United States for site assessments and meetings.
