If youre ready to champion continuous improvement and empower others through knowledge and leadership we want to hear from you How You'll Make an Impact Facilitate collaboration across factory teams to strengthen QMS integration. Represent the factory in Integrated Management System meetings. Implement global QMS tools and processes locally. Monitor compliance with ISO 9001 and internal standards. Lead internal and external audits including certification and customer audits. Develop and track KPIs to measure QMS effectiveness. Deliver QMS training and promote stakeholder engagement. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines. Your Background Degree in Quality Management Engineering Business Administration or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within industrial or energy sectors. Certified internal auditor (lead auditor certification is a plus). Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Strong data analysis skills for performance monitoring and improvement.
