Displayce is expanding its Mexico team and seeks a Customer Success Manager for the on-the-ground relationship with local agencies and advertisers. The role focuses on onboarding, training, and ensuring campaigns perform well on the Displayce DSP.
You will manage client onboarding, provide regular trainings, monitor campaign health, and coordinate with European teams to resolve delivery issues. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a preference for DOOH/adtech experience.
