We only are goning to considerate candidates with previous experience in a Logistics or 3PL company.OverviewThe Business Development Director is responsible for leading and executing the regional sales and business development strategy across Latin America. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities, building long-term strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability. The position plays a key role in expanding the company’s market presence while ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead and define the regional business development and sales strategy to identify, evaluate, and secure multi-year contractual relationships with key customers.Develop and negotiate complex logistics, warehousing, and supply chain solutions tailored to client needs.Build, maintain, and strengthen executive-level relationships with clients, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Solution Engineering, Finance, and Implementations to ensure commercial agreements are operationally viable and aligned with company strategy.Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities to drive long-term commercial growth across the region.Oversee the preparation and presentation of compelling, competitive, and value-driven commercial proposals.Drive revenue growth, contribute to EBITDA improvement, and enhance regional profitability through strategic commercial initiatives.Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting to ensure achievement of regional targets.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development and sales leadership within the logistics 3PL sector, with proven regional exposure in LATAM.Demonstrated experience in structuring and negotiating complex, multi-year commercial agreements.Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Advanced, fluent English (written and conversational) is required.Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Availability and willingness to travel frequently within the LATAM region.Additional Qualifications and RequirementsManage existing business, contact new customers to grow business.Spoken English; minimum 5 years of experience in business management area; a college degree in any discipline.Developing the market business, set up effective promotional plan, and achieve sales target; developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients wholesalers/retailers; acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements; expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their targets; assist in formulating the overall go-to-market strategy.Working in smartphone domain (or high-tech hardware industry) is preferred, more than 5 years of working experience; experience in similar position is preferred; extensive connections in consumer electronics and smartphone industry; strong communication and interpersonal skills; passionate, strong sense of teamwork.Required Skills & Experience (Billing focus)The Senior Manager will provide strategic leadership for billing operations across LATAM markets, driving compliance, efficiency, and innovation.Define and execute the billing strategy for LATAM markets, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.Oversee billing for diverse streams: advertising, real estate, retail, and reconciliations.Establish KPIs and monitor billing performance; implement continuous improvement initiatives.Lead audits and design scalable process flows to support growth and transformation.Drive enterprise-level billing transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize billing systems and processes.Mentor and develop managers and team leads, building a high-performing billing organization.Ensure SAP systems are fully leveraged for billing and AR processes.Required Qualifications (Billing leadership)Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or another related area aligned with the position.12-15 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable leadership roles.Proven track record of managing billing functions for large organizations.Comprehensive understanding of LATAM billing regulations and compliance frameworks.Expertise in billing metrics, audits, and process optimization.Extensive experience in advertising, real estate, retail billing, and reconciliations.Strong leadership experience managing large teams and complex projects.Mandatory proficiency in SAP.Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
