Inbound/Outbound Sales Manager

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee a team that runs, operates, and organizes our sales operations. Responsibilities Help the company reach sales targets, marketing objectives, and projected growth. Build and manage call center teams. Manage individual and team performance to meet sales quotas. Follow up with warm leads interested in water systems. Ensure the team sets up at least a minimum of ***** appointments per day. Create and execute a sales plan and strategy. Oversee sales training for all employees. Monitor key accounts. Mentor individuals and provide onboarding training to new employees. Recruit, manage, and let go of inbound/outbound agents. Maintain close relationships with sales representatives and recognize their strengths. Listen to and monitor each call recording to determine which appointments are best for each representative. Analyze real-time and historical data to improve performance. Work under pressure. Qualifications & Skills Fluent in English. Expert in cold calling, preferably in water softeners or solar. Strong phone persuasion skills. Expert in RingCentral, Vonage, or Nextiva. Internet speed of 50 Mbps or more. Work Requirements Work at least ***** hours per week.
