Fecha de publicación: 16 Octubre ****Estamos buscando- Lugar:- Hybrid (CDMX)- Skills:- Formación profesional Licenciatura o Ingeniería afín- Recién egresado.- 2+ años en el área de tecnologías de la información.- Conocimiento de office nível intermedio.- Conocimiento de Plataformas AIX y Windows.- Actividades:- Llenado y resguardo de la bitácora de operación diaria (GEMS).- Ejecución de los cierres bancarios siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.- Ejecución de procedimientos y seguimiento de checklist operativos.- Atención de solicitudes de requerimientos de las distintas áreas de TI y/o negocio a través de tickets en Service now.- Monitoreo de los procesos de la operación desde las distintas herramientas de scheduling.- Reporte, escalamiento y seguimiento de incidencias ocurridas durante el día de los procesos batch.- Llenado diario de informes operacionales.- Apoyo en la solución de problemas siguiendo los estándares y apego a roles y funciones.- Participación en reuniones de trabajo con las diversas áreas de IT para revisiones de planes.- Documentar incidentes con base a los estándares establecidos desde la herramienta de Service now.- Monitoreo de los mensajes desde la consola de as400.- Mantener el 99.9% del monitoreo de los procesos de batch ejecutados desde las distintas herramientas de sheduling.- Operar los sistemas centrales y satélites del batch de las diferentes entidades de GTS LATAM para poder brindar un alto nível de disponibilidad y servicio para nuestros clientes.- Atencion a las solicitudes y requerimientos atreves de la herramienta de Service Now con base a los estándares y apego a procesos.- Ejecutar la bitácora de procesos (24/7) establecida por cada una de las entidades a nível LATAM- Deseable:- Beneficios:- 100% nómina- Vales de despensa- Fondo de Ahorro- Aguinaldo de 15 días- 15 días de vacaciones- Prima Vacacional dl 25%- 5 días flotantes- Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores y Menores- Seguro de Vida- PTU- Capacitación- Bono Anual de Desempeño
