Position Overview Type of contract: Permanent Employment Salary: Based on experience English Level: Intermediate/Advanced Schedule: Normal business hours Monday to Friday, 5x2 days. Responsibilities Prompt, timely customs clearance and mandatory certification of goods for the Operator's production needs, within current legislation. Ensure all goods (imports and exports) for the Operator's production needs are timely customs cleared. Fulfill contractors' obligations to Operator in accordance with contract provisions. Provide required services by contractors and ensure successful posting of current payments for custom clearance services. Administer freight-forwarding contracts (2 per year). Prepare and submit reports in the direction of activity on time. Prepare letters and appeals to customs authorities for obtaining permits, clarifications, etc. on issues of its competence. Provide consulting assistance to employees involved in purchase of equipment and materials. Check shipping documents for compliance with contract in terms of characteristics and description of goods, quantity, HS code, determine need for goods certification. Participate in customs clearance budgeting. Qualifications University degree in Economics/Accounting. 3 years of experience in customs clearance in Mexico, 1 year with international companies. Intermediate/Advanced English. Additional Information (Spanish) Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo. Salario: $8,****** - $18,****** al mes. Horario: Lunes a viernes, Turno de 8 horas.
