Get started on an exciting career at Element_Element employees make a difference in the lives of others every day.We are re-defining the fleet management industry to be people first, then business - delivering on our promise of a superior client experience.This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.As a Commercial Associate with Element, you can impact the financial success of the business through the ability to secure new business.You will drive revenue and set the course for growth of the business by helping the Sales representative to manage an assigned set of clients and prospects, additionally ensuring that all future clients are strategically developed.Our sales approach is consultative; you must have tenacity to help the operation of the solution for future clients wing to wing fleet management challenges.Principal**Responsibilities**:- We will be affected by >95% portfolio renewals completed by due date:- Ensure renewal opportunity creation on SF 90 days before due date- Request updated info.to customer 90 days before due date- Ensure, in all cases, complete HOFF package upon HOFF(s) with credit team- Correct upload of loan & truck flows of monthly operation:- 95% accuracy in uploaded flows- Portfolio release upload and operation- Portfolio rebookings upload and operation- Monthly renewal & maturities info.Control- Request LA internally on time and follow up- Timely implementation tickets for new customers & services:- Participate in implementation sessions- Monthly basis: Visibility with Reps of car/trucks or type of assets expirations VS purchases in the system, detecting those that are not being attended to.- Receive leads from commercial excellence and have the first contact with the prospects and pre-qualify them.- Support to Sales Reps in case of RFP- Update of proposals in case prior review with SR is necessary- Will not have control of at least >95% effectiveness in AML flows: Control & updated AML of all customersEducation- BS or BA in business or related field required.- 1-3 years in complex B2B sales environment, preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services.- Demonstrated sales discipline and record of sales success and experience leading the successful acquisition of new business through a structured process- Preferred experience in a financial services, customer-facing commercial sales position- Critical thinking - can offer creative solutions to meet client and prospect needs- Drive results by successfully presenting to clients and senior management- Proven ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organizationWhat's in it for You- A culture of innovation, empowerment, decision-making, and accountability- Comprehensive health and welfare benefits that serve the needs of you and your family and foster a culture of wellness- Additional benefits and amenities, including paid time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, and holidays)- or call _************._
