We Are PepsiCoJoin PepsiCo and Dare for Better We are the perfect place for curious people, thinkers and change agents.From leadership to front lines, we're excited about the future and working together to make the world a better place.Being part of PepsiCo means being part of one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, with our iconic brands consumed more than a billion times a day in more than 200 countries.Our product portfolio, which includes 22 of the world's most iconic brands, such as Sabritas, Gamesa, Quaker, Pepsi, Gatorade and Sonrics, has been a part of Mexican homes for more than 116 years.A career at PepsiCo means working in a culture where all people are welcome.Here, you can dare to be you.No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.The OpportunityYour ImpactAs Procurement Ingredients Manager your scope would consist of leading the digital transformation of the procurement function by designing, optimizing, and automating end-to-end processes, while also driving strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier value creation.This role ensures operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and strategic alignment with corporate digitalization goals.As a senior leader, the manager will act as a key enabler of innovation, compliance, and scalability across procurement operations, while maintaining a strong focus on cost optimization, supplier performance, and category strategy.- Total expenditure to be managed is approximately USD 100 million per year.- Manage more than 20 PMF suppliers and requests for proposals (RFPs) (Supplier Relationship Management).- Process Mapping and Improvement, Document current processes (BPMN, SIPOC, etc.), Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, Propose redesigns aligned with best practices.- Automation Design and execute automations using tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or SAP IRPA, Implement digital workflows for approvals, purchase orders, contracts, etc.- Digital Agenda, Develop and implement the digital roadmap for the procurement area, Coordinate the adoption of e-sourcing, e-invoicing, and e-contracting platforms, Monitor digitalization and efficiency KPIs.- Project Management, Lead digital transformation projects within procurement, Coordinate with IT, Finance, and suppliers to ensure technological integration.- Data Analysis, Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau, Analyze procurement data to support strategic decision-making.- Harmonize the bidding process and cost structures for PMF.- Co-lead, design, and implement sustainability projects for the region/field (PiP+ agenda).- Validate new sources of supply and develop suppliers for exclusive sourcing materials.- Present monthly financial reports.- Ensure the accuracy of monthly forecasts together with the planning team.Who Are We Looking For?- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.- Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations- Experience in implementing digital transformation tools in supply chain- Fluency in English to negotiate with global teams and suppliers- Experience in procurement, process improvement, or digital transformation- Negotiation skills with extensive knowledge of direct materials (at least 3 years) and process change management- Experience using AI- Budget management- 2+ years of experience in Direct Purchasing/Supply with potential for further advancement within the GP organization- Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize the category- Experience in financial analysis and cost modeling- Experience in sustainable sourcing in agriculture is a plus- Strong collaborative skills: within the Global Purchasing and PepsiCo divisions;
