Global Innovative AI Tech Recruiter @ Nityo Infotech | Robust Hiring Solution🦄 | Next Gen Sourcing Expert 🥷 | Connecting Talents with Opportunities… Role and Responsibilities Strong background in SDLC and Project Management Principles (Project Planning, Project requirements, Project Estimating, Resource Management, Scheduling and Controlling, Facilitation, Risk Management, Procurement, Reporting Status, and Change Management Familiarity in Project/Program Management toolset, including HR Systems (workday) and other key technologies) Responsible for project oversight, execution, and controls Contributes to project initiation, scope definition and scope control Drives tasks to completion and maintain schedules Prepares project status reports for PMO and/or stakeholders Provide project status, anticipate challenges, communicate dependencies, issues and risks Supervises project team to successful project completion Collaborate with business and technical teams to provide consistent and collaborative project delivery Tracks progress and adherence to plan for scope, budget, and schedule. Ensure the quality and on time delivery of technical implementation projects with supporting deliverables and artifacts Drive discovery phase to gather initial requirements and business goals Establish business case to justify investments required Establish project plan and cost estimates and manage delivery to ensure that goals and value propositions are met in line with original estimates Oversee 3rd party vendor resources to deliver on day-to-day execution Complete lessons learned sessions at the conclusion of each delivered project with a focus on continuous service improvement Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Expert experience level project management experience, including tracking and planning projects Expert experience level working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment Expert experience level working with 3rd party vendors and contracted temp project resources Intermediate level experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation Expert experience level with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities Experience with FINANCE/SOURCING applications and implementations that support different capabilities and business processes like: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Order to Cash, Sourcing/Procurement Seniority Level Executive Employment Type Contract Job Function Project Management, Information Technology, and Consulting Industries IT Services and IT Consulting, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and Software Development Mexico City Metropolitan Area (3 weeks ago) #J-18808-Ljbffr
