This position oversees Mexicali Campus Materials Operations Including Materials flow & control, Physical Inventory Management, Shipping, Receiving and Storage developing the right strategies to meet our company's goals and objectives.Lead and develops a professional team to maintain high levels of performance.Develops, implements and maintains policies, procedures and controls to ensure the continuous and optimum materials flow through the Campus such as pull systems, Kanban and supermarkets.Ensures materials are properly stored meeting company's high standards pursuing perfect inventory record accuracy and safety requirements.Develops materials supply schedules between the campus and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with production control to support all customer programs and value streams between the Campus.Audits materials movements transactions in SAP to ensure data integrity.Promotes Continuous improvement initiatives and define corrective actions plans to ensure delivery, quality and costs targets.Explain policies, practices, and procedures and influences others.**Requisitos**:- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.- +5 years of experience within Supply Chain, Operations or Logistics- +2 years of experience in a Leadership Position- Knowledge about ERP Systems (SAP R/3)- Advance Knowledge on lean/materials management principles- Communication skills, strategic thinking, focus on results.- Knowledge on statistical Inventory Planning Models- Management & organization skills- Experience in working with Health & safety regulations- Knowledge of C-TPAT and Customs Regulations- Experience working with SIOP- Advanced English- English (advanced)
