About the jobGlobalLogic familyExpand your skills by collaborating with a diverse team of highly talented people in an open, laidback environment and be part of the forefront of digital transformationWe offer an opportunity to participate in creating market-defining products using the latest technologies with clients across all industries and sectors.GlobalLogic prioritizes work-life balance, which is why we offer flexible opportunities and options.Qualifications- 5+ years of experience as a technical subject matter expert in a customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Support, Consultant, etc.).- Strong background in Privileged Access Management or Privileged Access Security technologies.- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive-level audiences.- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.- Proven ability to navigate and resolve challenging customer situations.- Experience teaching, coaching, or consulting on technical solutions.- Technical skills including, but not limited to or Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux OS.- Advanced English skillsResponsabilities:- Advise customers on Customer's PAS solutions, including architecture, configuration, best practices, and integration points.- Provide deep technical and application expertise to support post-sales adoption and ongoing optimization.- Serve as a technical escalation point for advanced PAS questions and challenges.- Develop, document, and share best practices across customers and internal teams.- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to relay customer feedback, influence the roadmap, and help shape new features.- Guide customers to become confident, self-sufficient users of the platform.- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer issues are resolved with urgency and professionalism.- Other duties as assigned.Our Benefits- 100% Payroll - Major medical insurance & life insurance - 30 days of Christmas Bonus - Saving fund 13%- Food vouchers - Restaurants vouchers
