**Forvia ?**Forvia is an Equal Opportunity Employer**Your position and environment?**Our **Faurecia Automotive Seating - North America Seating Division** is looking for you as a **Program Controlling Manager **M/F for our site in** Puebla, México.****Overall responsibilities and duties**:The Program Controller Manager is responsible for financial activities including costs, Program financial profitability and support for any new programs.He/She oversees financial activities, including budgeting, month-end reporting, internal controls, and year-end audits.**The main missions of the role are**:- Evaluates month end financial reporting of the manufacturing plants.- Reviews updates to Business Plans for programs.- Reviews results and oversee accounting practices at each plant.- Responsible for budgeting.- Provides financial guidance to any and all Business Unit personnel.- Formalizes and develops internal financial systems for the JIT plants, including internal controls.- Other duties and special projects assigned- Ensures month end reports are prepared and are on time.- Reviews the General Ledger entries and adjust as needed.- Works with other Faurecia support departments to ensure needs are satisfied.- Handles any ad-hoc projects that come up that affect the Business Unit.- Leads Business Unit budgeting process and prepare Management presentations.- Supervises plant controllers.***:**Qualifications**:**Minimum education level**:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.**:**Experience**:- 7 years professional- Plant Controlling preferred- Team Management**Skills & Competencies**:- Strong communication- Teamwork- Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management
