As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.**Goal of Position**:- Coordinate and align Controlling topics and processes among the 3 locations in the Subregion- Ensure correct priorization of activities and keep group standars up to date for each legal entity- Act as business partner for the peers and superiors on Subregional level**Formal prerequisites for the position**:- Master degree in Business Administration or similar- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)- 5 years Controlling experience in manufacturing (preferably automotive) environment- Cost Controlling advanced knowledge- Accounting knowledge (understanding of A/R, A/P, Inventory and Fixed Assets processes and interpretation of interfaces with CO)- SAP EP1, SAP BW (SOCO, LOCO, FOCO) SAP BPS**Task**:- Ensure alignment of Budgeting / Forecast processes in the Subregion taking into consideration the cascade targets- Perform monthly CO closing for the Subregion, including all legal entities as well as the consolidated subregion's result for management reporting- Develop the CO team members and ensure smooth and proper succession planning in case of turnover- Interpret and present financial information for the plants and/or legal entities of the SubregionInternal career portal**Job Type**: Manager**Job Family**: Finance**Contract Type**: Limited**Schedule**: Full-Time
