We are building a culture that values purpose, collaboration, and results, and we are looking for team members who share that mindset.Position OverviewThe Recruiter (Global) will lead full-cycle recruiting for junior-to mid-level roles globally, including both employees and independent contractors working on a full-time schedule. You will be responsible for sourcing, applicant screening, conducting screening interviews, and coordinating the hiring process across multiple geographies.This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the U.S.-based HR Manager to ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring process across time zones.The position requires working hours aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST) to support collaboration with U.S.-based teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruiting for all junior - to mid-level roles globally (employees and independent contractors on a full-time schedule).Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, experience levels, and timelines.Create and post job listings with clear, compelling descriptions and accurate details on background, skills, and qualifications.Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other targeted channels to attract high-quality applicants.Optimize job postings with relevant keywords, skills, industries, and hashtags to ensure visibility to the right audiences.Conduct applicant screening (review profiles and resumes to identify qualified candidates).Conduct screening interviews via phone or video to assess candidates against the job specification, evaluating experience, skills, English fluency, and cultural fit. During these interviews, confirm candidates' understanding of job responsibilities and expectations, including work hours aligned to EST and independent contractor status for international roles.Evaluate candidates' understanding of Naked & Thriving's DTC business model, including how brand, creative, performance marketing, operations, and project management work together, and differentiate skill sets accordingly.Review books, portfolios, or work samples for creative, content, or brand roles where appropriate.Ask thoughtful, role-specific questions that demonstrate understanding of functional competencies across marketing, creative, e-commerce, and operations.Coordinate hiring-manager interviews, manage calendars, send invitations, collect feedback, and track progress.Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate tracker or applicant-tracking system.Communicate professionally with all candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.Provide hiring updates and reports to hiring managers and the HR Manager.Support offer preparation and hand-off to the HR Manager for negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding.Help refine recruiting processes, reporting, and tools to improve efficiency and quality over time.Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally for growing consumer or DTC brands.Proven ability to source candidates, screen applicants, and conduct screening interviews independently across multiple time zones.Strong English communication skills, spoken and written.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and comfort building Boolean searches and optimized job postings.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.Confident leading screening interviews and assessing fit for roles across marketing, creative, operations, tech, and customer service.Comfortable working as an independent contractor with a full-time schedule and collaborating remotely with U.S.-based leaders.Experience recruiting in the U.S. and Latin America; experience in other global markets is a plus.Must be available to work core hours aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST).Compensation & Contract DetailsThis is an independent contractor role with a full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST).Competitive USD compensation based on experience and the level of responsibility in this role.Contractors are engaged directly by Naked & Thriving as independent professionals and are responsible for their own local taxes, benefits, and compliance with applicable regulations.BenefitsUSD-based compensation (contract)Fully remote workEligibility for bonuses based on business and personal performance.
