We’re looking for a Product Design Engineer to drive innovation, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure our products meet the highest quality and performance standards.As part of our Engineering and Manufacturing teams, you’ll collaborate with internal partners to design, validate, and continuously improve mechanical components and systems that shape the future of our operations.What You’ll DoDesign and develop mechanical components and assemblies that meet customer specifications and quality standards.Lead process and product optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure manufacturability.Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Innovation, and Development teams to ensure technical alignment and timely project execution.Conduct design validation and verification testing, ensuring compliance with functional and durability requirements.Manage and maintain engineering documentation, including drawings, ECNs, test reports, and specifications.Participate in root cause analysis and propose technical solutions to prevent quality issues.Define and oversee product and process testing, specifying required tools and methodologies.Promote continuous improvement and innovation in design, manufacturing, and customer satisfaction.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Automotive Design Engineering.Experience in mechanical design for manufacturing, process or quality engineering, or product validation.Strong ability to translate technical requirements into practical, efficient design solutions.Knowledge of CAD tools, GD&T, and validation methods.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.At our company, engineering excellence meets innovation.
