Role: Sourcing Coordinator – Content OperationsPosition Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)Contract Duration: 6 MonthsWork Hours: US TimeWork Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)Location: Mexico City (Hybrid - Tues & Thurs in-office) Our client is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator to partner with the Content Ops team and track source material deliveries from licensors. Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, this role will collaborate cross-functionally, document tech specs, and support global brand expansion. Key Responsibilities Track ingest of source materials for multiple distribution channels (Theatrical, Simulcast, Home Video, Global Content Distribution, EST) Maintain technical spec requirements Partner with QC to ensure source materials meet spec Communicate with Marketing Ops, Post Production, Campaign Management, and global stakeholders on asset availability About You Knowledge of marketing content pipelines (static design & video) 2+ years experience tracking asset ingest/delivery in a project management system Understanding of marketing concepts, brand management, and placement Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening) Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing expectations Experience in digital distribution supply chain principles Familiarity with CMS/DAM platforms and technical QC teams Willingness to work outside regular business hours for 24/7 support when needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
