Supervise the procurement team where you will coordinate and monitor all purchasing activities to ensure supplies according to the needs of the site.**JOB DUTIES:- Manage the assignment of tasks to team members to ensure that all deadlines are met according to service levels.- Design and implement all material plans, ensuring all purchasing policies are met through direct communication for all engineering activities; including assisting in purchasing from suppliers.- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all suppliers, prepare reports for all purchasing departments, provide support to all managers in planning and executing all purchasing processes, providing an effective interface with all departments.- Manage the day-to-day activities of all purchasing staff, providing training and supervising activities and designing cost-effective methods as required demands.- Evaluate and maintain all inventory reports.Supervise all auditing activities, evaluate all purchase orders and payments made, help eliminate any discrepancies in them, and prepare all contract terms and conditions.**YOU MUST HAVE:- Bachelor Degree- Fluent in English (written and spoken) at an advanced level- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position- Working knowledge on SAP system Strong PC skills and experience with Microsoft products, such as Excel**WE VALUE:- Experience in negotiating with internal and external suppliers- People Management- Experience in inventory management- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology and tools- Knowledge of ISO ****:**** regulations- Follow procedures and control mechanisms to take effective actions- Corporate code of conduct.- Teamwork- Ability to analyze data and reports- Effective communication at all levels of the organization- Customer and results oriented- Organization- Flexibility and adaptability- Ability to make decisions- Leadership Conflict resolution**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU**:Great work environment and exceptional Resideo benefitsLI-AM2LI-ONSITE
