**LEAR****Solicita**:**Customer Service and Procurement Supervisor****Descripción y Requisitos****Customer Service and Procurement Supervisor****Job based in Rio Bravo Plant, Cd.Juarez Chih, MTO Division.****Lear** is a global leader in Seating, Electrical and Electronic Systems with a **strategic and complimentary product portfolio** delivering advanced seating comfort, vehicle architecture and in-vehicle technology solutions.Lear was awarded fourth place overall in the Motor Vehicle Parts category - the highest ranking for a U.S.based automotive supplier.As Customer Service and Procurement supervisor you will be responsible lead customer service and procurement for keeping optimal inventory levels and protect customer and internal operations based on release.**YOUR TASK WILL BE***- Review Customer requirements to identify and communicate demand fluctuations to determine costs related to support the new schedule.- Support communication with suppliers and carriers to ensure material availability.- Review coverage reports with Procurement to identify and communicate risks to avoid disruptions on the production schedule.- Analyze inventory levels to determine possible material shortages and define shipping method.- Detect inventory excess and generate strategies to reduce the inventory value.- Management Personnel**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor's degree on Logistic, Industrial Engineering, international Trade or related.- 3 years as Customer Service and Procurement Supervisor in the automotive industry.- Advanced Microsoft Excel level.- IATF *****, ISO **** and CTPAT knowledge.- Advanced English Level required.Puesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
