About the RoleUber is building a new era of advertising, and this is your opportunity to be part of it from the ground up. As an Ads Partner Manager, you’ll join the founding team of Uber Advertising in Mexico, working closely with some of the country’s leading brands to bring impactful campaigns to life across our Mobility and Delivery platforms.In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and platform expert, owning the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns while leading strategic conversations that align Uber’s advertising solutions with your partners’ marketing objectives. You’ll combine strong client relationships, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to drive meaningful results.What the Candidate Will DoProactively monitor and optimize campaign performance, quickly identifying issues and implementing solutionsLead campaign execution end to end, including kickoff calls, stakeholder alignment, launches, and day-to-day managementOwn campaign reporting, delivering clear performance insights and actionable optimization recommendations tailored to each advertiserBuild strong, trusted relationships with clients by deeply understanding their business and marketing goalsAdvise partners on performance trends and adjust campaign strategies to maximize impactIdentify upsell and growth opportunities by analyzing data and partnering closely with internal account and sales teamsAct as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with product and operations teams to inform roadmap improvementsDrive adoption of new advertising products by clearly and creatively communicating their value and differentiationLead or contribute to team-wide initiatives and scalable playbooks that enhance advertising impact across the businessWhat You’ll Need4+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Ad Operations, or a related roleHands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns for enterprise-level clientsFamiliarity with CPG brands and broader advertising industry dynamicsStrong ability to analyze performance data, extract insights, and translate them into strategic recommendationsBonus PointsExperience working with large, complex organizations and multiple stakeholdersStrong analytical mindset; SQL proficiency is a plusExcellent communication and client-facing skillsHigh attention to detail and strong time management abilitiesA self-starter attitude: adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguityCreative problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceUber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
