**Job ID**: ********Required Travel** :Minimal**Managerial - No****Location**: :MEXICO- GUADALAJARA (Amdocs Site)**Who are we?**:**In one sentence**:An RF Engineer must use creativity and sound judgment to provide the remote operational support on the network deployment and fulfilling the tasks assigned to them, have flexibility in managing their workflow on a daily basis, use their discretion on how much time to spend on a task based on the priority set by management, have the ability to interface with cross-functional team members to gain the support required to accomplish their assignments.**What will your job look like?**:- You will be accountable for meeting quality objectives.Ensure that the team follows the best RF engineering practices, quality processes and methodologies.Lead continuous improvement via Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learnt and Prevention processes.Track quality critical metrics and acts to continuously improve quality and measurements.- You will lead efficiently the key partner relationship and communication to ensure that the project's delivery is aligned to meet not only the customer's requirements but to add value to the business as well.- Handling the bridge and communicating with the general contractors (GC's).- Check-in/Check-out the GC's.- Run a precheck on Ericsson OSS and highlight the site status and alarms.- Troubleshooting Skills.- Support the GC's to lock /Unlock the cells.- Compare Post check result to the Precheck and highlight the discrepancies.- Monitoring KPI's and highlight degradations.- Audit parameters and fix the discrepancies.- Follow up on open issues until they are fixed.**All you need is...**:- Takes on technical and project-related efforts, providing communication as directed.- Prior T-Mobile experience on Ericsson equipment is preferred.- Ericsson OSS Experience and should know all the RAN equipment modules used currently in industry.- Demonstrates continuous desire to learn and develop personally and professionally- Good English, written and spoken.- Good knowledge in Excel (formulas & macros).- Familiar with programming languages (Python, shell scripting)- Familiar with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Power Point, Power BI,..)- Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering.- Flexibility in providing deliverables at a short notice.- Good attention to detail.- Critical thinking abilities.- Good time management skills.- Professional communication skills- Must be ready to work in flexible schedule, including some extra hours, holidays and weekends- No Travel is Required for this position.**Why you will love this job**:- Having the ability to lead all relevant partner expectations and relationships and provides transparency of the project- Leads the team in meeting technical challenges- An opportunity to work with the industry most updated technologies.- We are a dynamic, multi-cultural organization that constantly innovates and empowers our employees to grow.Our people our passionate, daring, and phenomenal teammates that stand by each other with a dedication to creating a diverse, inclusive workplace- We offer a wide range of stellar benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as paid time off, sick time, and parental leave**Amdocs is an equal opportunity employer.We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce
