Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Remote – Latin AmericaType of Contract: Full-Time - ContractorLanguage Requirements: English – Advanced (verbal and written)We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in business operations and technology to lead the successful delivery of high-impact projects. You will play a key role in managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic organizational goals. Your leadership will directly impact cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and overall project success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee end-to-end project lifecycle activities—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to defined scope.Act as the primary liaison between teams and stakeholders, providing transparent and timely project updates to executive leadership and other departments.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and outcomes.Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively to achieve financial and operational objectives.Drive the adoption and optimization of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of system requirements, architecture, and deployment processes.Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and predictability.Must-Have QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of direct project management experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from an accredited business school.Strong technical proficiency and experience managing technology-driven projects (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, or digital transformation).Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and/or Waterfall methodologies.Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsProfessional certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent.Experience in industries such as FinTech, SaaS, or Healthcare TechnologyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Proven leadership in motivating and guiding project teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
