**The company.**Toshiba is a provider of technology services for retail businesses to create high-quality digital platforms and products that accelerate time to market.Our diverse and adaptable teams provide the right mix of solutions and methodologies to deliver results as we collaborate with our clients' teams to foster innovation through continuous learning.**Our people.**At Toshiba, all team members are empowered to take responsibility and develop innovative solutions to our customers' most challenging problems.To retain and develop top talent, we foster a work environment that celebrates creativity, encourages skill development, and enables multidisciplinary collaboration.**What you will bring to the team.**The Sales Operations Support Specialist I position supports all commercial related activities for our Direct Accounts and Business Partners including, but not limited to, pricing proposals, contract creation, deal and SOW support and review, validation of contracts, SOW and purchase orders, contract management, account set-up and, providing support to field sales, project managers and sales partners for quoting purposes of our products and services.Ensures deals, opportunities and purchase orders are processed efficiently and align to JSOX and other TGCS policies, works closely with finance and legal when required.Works collaboratively and often across functional teams to drive TGCS business objects and to resolve problems and issues through research and consulting with cross functional teams.Responsible for creating contracts, service projects and product quotes using quoting tools for new and existing clients and business partners.Provides contractual, operational, and transactional support directly to our internal and external customers.The Sales Operations Support Specialist I is an entry level position who can manage autonomously standard and basic business scenarios.Will need consistent supervision and assistance for more challenging deals, projects, opportunities, and tasks.Has a basic and fundamental understanding of department processes, tools, and Oracle.**What you will be doing**:- Quote/Contract Creation, Contract/Order Review and Validation, Contract/ Registration/Deal Processing - Provide support for all commercial related activities for our Direct Accounts and Business Partners.- Assist in providing Operational Metrics to highlight organizational performance and for management review and discussion on variances.- Operation Processes / Procedures / IT Enhancements - Maintaining current processes and assist to improve efficiency and accuracy.Focus on automation by using current tools and reduce the amount of manual spreadsheet efforts.- Assist with JSOX and reviews with external auditors.Electronically store all pertinent documentation (contracts, proposals, quoting, pricing, forecasts etc.).**Required Skills**:- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 2 years of related sales operations / sales support work experience.- Minimum 2 years of understanding and creating, validating, and processing customer contracts.- Proficiency with Excel.- Attention to details a must along with good organization skills.- Good English level, oral and written communication skills.**Preferred skills**:- ERP experiencie (Oracle, SAP).- Experience in IT industry.- Billing.**We offer**:- Hired directly by Toshiba and 100% under payroll.- Benefits of the law (IMSS, INFONAVIT, December day voucher, vacation voucher)- Life insurance, major medical expenses with dental and visual coverage.(For the employee and direct family members).- Minor medical expenses insurance.- Savings fund for employees, capped at the limit of the law.- Grocery coupons.- Pension plan.- 12 days of vacation plus 6 floating days.
