The people here at Apple don't just build products - they build the kind of wonder that's revolutionized entire industries.It's the diversity of those people and their ideas that supports the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts.Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found itImagine what you could do here.At Apple, new ideas have a way of becoming extraordinary products, services, and customer experiences very quickly.Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplishThe Monobrand Store Expansion Lead will be responsible for identifying, integrating and maximizing the ecosystem of partners to deliver Apple's Monobrand expansion strategy including Coverage, Retail, Traffic Generators, Commercial, and Technology partners.The Lead will also drive commercial negotiations and annual planning regarding Monobrand expansion commercial terms and strategy.This role will report to the Strategy Leader in Mexico with dotted line to the Country Manager.**Description**- Design ecosystem of partners to deliver Apple's Monobrand Expansion Strategy including Coverage, Retail, Traffic Generators, Commercial, and Technology partners.- Own the build component of annual planning for coverage and traffic-generating partners, including assessing opportunities, developing initiatives and engage partners to deliver on those opportunities.- Manage executive-level relationships with partners to negotiate financial and commercial terms and conditions to implement the annual plan in a timely manner.- Engage in high-level meetings with mall owners, real estate companies, and landlord associations to accelerate expansion initiatives.- Collaborate with affordability partners and offers team to implement offers in line with expansion initiatives, integrating the offers strategy into a comprehensive expansion strategy.- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and negotiate monobrand expansion business cases with partners for each store opening in collaboration with Account Managers.- Standardize monobrand expansion negotiations, processes, terms and tools across all partners involved in the expansion.Capture learnings and integrate into future negotiations.- Collaborate with partner, regional, and local teams to ensure the optimal implementation of plans.- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on key program metrics to ALAC and WW Leadership.- Innovate financial and commercial opportunities to optimize expansion strategy ensuring long-term scalability and reaching new consumers.**Minimum Qualifications**- 8 - 12 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic engagement.- Significant experience developing and leading sales initiatives and partners, with a proven track record of driving business growth.- Proven influencing skills, integrating consumer insights and retail knowledge into business solutions.- Financially savvy for business terms & conditions negotiations.- Self-starter with strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.- Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.**Preferred Qualifications**- Proven ability to drive results within complex environments.- Influencing skills to drive objectives through key internal and external relationships.- Analytical skills and conceptual thinking.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- MBA preferred.Submit Resume
