Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Samara Living** Mexicali is as a premier customized modular home manufacturer for exportation to the USA, we go from design to construction, ensuring the highest quality**This role is a hands-on worke**r with high accountability, administrative rigor and deep experience with manufacturing systems, process and documentation.Main goal is to ensure our production line, systems and products arebuilt to specification, hours of labor optimized and material cost optimized.**Responsibilities**:- Drive efficiency, quality and timeline improvements by optimizing existing processes and/or creating new manufacturing processes- Study production and equipment requirements to ensure we are capable to meet product design.- **Develop work processes, training for new processes, visual** aids, and perform those training.**:- Organize and manage **manufacturing workflows**, resources and present data clearly to all levels of org.- Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality- Train staff in new and existing processes- Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety environmental regulations- Upgrade systems and processes with new technology, new designs.Experiência y requisitos- Degree in Engineering; post-graduate degree is a plus- English Fluid- Visa- 5-7 years previous experience as a manufacturing engineer, process engineer or similar role.- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and/or residential building & construction methods)- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques- Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations- Well-versed in relevant software (e.g. CAD, MS Office, PLM, Revit, BIM)- Project management skills- Problem-solving ability- Teamwork skills- Experience in Light gauge steel construction is a plus- Manufacturing engineer must have process development, process engineering, quality management, value engineering, project management,- and 5-7 years 'experience in a factory working on similar materials and equipment.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFTSolicita este puesto directamente a través de nuestro portalSOLICITAR**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Producción/Manufactura**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 Horas**Salario mensual neto** $48,000 - $49,000 MXN**Estudios** Carrera sin título**Inglés **Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
