A modern and agile company with the most finely meshed international network, Coface is a reference in credit insurance and risk management.With over 70 years of experience as an industry leader, and a team of 4,100 experts in over 65 countries, serving around 50,000 customers, Coface experts work to the beat of the global economy.Its ambition is to become the most agile, global trade credit insurance partner in the industry.We believe in business as a force for good in the world.Job Title: SSC Site Continuous Improvement ManagerThe Continuous Improvement Manager will work close in contact with SSC leadership and other key stakeholders, is responsible for Continuous Improvement activities for the Shared Service Center and for the training and coaching of team leaders and managers on Lean Management methods and tools.They will lead or participate in all quality and productivity improvement activities and will be responsible for tracking the related key metrics.This person will act as a key player in the continued cultural transformation taking place at Coface.ResponsibilitiesLead Kaizens and other large transversal improvement projects (Lean Projects).Define and implement a new and improved QA process with other SSC Site CI Managers (Quality Assurance).Apply technology to drive business results (IT Savvy).QualificationsAt least 5+ years of business experience in operations and lean management in financial services or industrial organizations.Deep understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local regulatory.Project Management experience.Advanced Excel, Power BI and analytic skills.Good knowledge of financial analysis and business case creation.#J-*****-Ljbffr
