Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on helping the world's manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile.With more than 25,000 employees who make the world better every day, we know we have something special.Behind our customers - amazing companies that help feed the world, provide life-saving medicine on a global scale, and focus on clean water and green mobility - our people are energized problem solvers that take pride in how the work we do changes the world for the better.We welcome all makers, forward thinkers, and problem solvers who are looking for a place to do their best work.And if that's you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on helping the world's manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile.With more than 25,000 employees who make the world better every day, we know we have something special.Behind our customers - amazing companies that help feed the world, provide life-saving medicine on a global scale, and focus on clean water and green mobility - our people are energized problem solvers that take pride in how the work we do changes the world for the better.We welcome all makers, forward thinkers, and problem solvers who are looking for a place to do their best work.And if that's you we would love to have you join usThe Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for a supporting various planning, forecasting, causaling and reporting processes and analyses for Rockwell's Integrated Supply Chain organization.The role reports to the Global Analytics and Insights organization, will work in partnership with the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team and engages with other FP&A teams within the organization to develop financial plans, forecasts and analyze actual performance against those goals.The mission of the Global Analytics and Insights organization is to provide business and functional partners with information to manage performance and support decision making, while driving operational excellence in the process.This Senior Financial Analyst will own the standard reporting, analysis, and forecasting for the business/function and provide ad-hoc support as needed.The role utilizes global consolidation financial systems (HP and HFM) and SAP to provide performance reporting and insight on a variety of key financial metrics.The Analyst also works to automate processes and support simplification and standardization efforts.**Scope of duties may include**:- Preparation of various reports to support the Integrated Supply Chain organization.- Present and explain financial performance and key variances vs. forecast, plan and prior year.- Assist with the preparation of the annual operating plan as well as quarterly forecasts.- Developing and advocating for automation, simplification, and standardization in reporting.- Create ad hoc analyses and respond to business inquiries to understand material drivers of financial performance.- Closely align with the other teams in the Global Analytics and Insights organization to drive improved and standardized global processes.- Assist with team training efforts and help develop co-workers' FP&A skillsets and systems knowledge.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.- 3-5 years of FP&A experience, preferably within a supply chain organization.- Must have a working knowledge of MS Office, especially very good Excel skills and basic PBI knowledge.- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English.- Process Improvement mindset and proactive attitude.- Eager to learn and to challenge the status quo.- Attention to details, problem solver.- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple and changing priorities with ability to understand issues, demonstrate resourcefulness and proactively resolve problems while consistently meeting deadlines.- Must be hands-on, have a strong work ethic, excel in a fast-paced environment, and be adaptable.
