**NAPS****Solicita**:**Test Development Engineer****Descripción y Requisitos**- **Goal of this Position**- Develop and implement In-circuit tests for PCBAs.- Develop new test methodologies to support new technologies.- Support operations with PCBA testing.- Work within the parameters of the QM System to help Variosystems achieve general and company-specific quality efforts and growth goals.- **Tasks and Responsibilities**- Support new production projects- Recommend test plan for new products to Sales Department- Quote test generation based on test plan to Sales Department- Creation of PCBA ICT / Functional tests according to test plan- Document PCBA ICT tests (including Test Instructions)- Support test implementation (provide training of production test personnel)- Manage and oversee test equipment (as needed)- In Circuit Test (SPEA)- Flying Probe- Boundary Scan- Functional- Document and maintain customer provided test equipment- Ensure that customer provide equipment is properly documented- Maintain test equipment (e.g. incorporate ECOs, repair as needed)- Review new test technologies for applicability and usefulness- Stay current on new electronics technology, packaging and assembly method- Recommend new test technologies as needed- Other duties as assigned- Maintain material traceability as required- **Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities**- Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or equivalent experience- 5+ years of test development experience- Knowledge of PCBA production- Ability to work with customers and in a team environment- Experience in the design of test on the SPEA family of testers- Bilingual (Spanish/English)- US Visa (essential)- Company: VarioSystemsPuesto: Ingeniero - Pruebas**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
