LocationTultitlan, México, MexicoThe Brand Manager - Industrial is focused on the development of brand and product strategies for the brand portfolio.You are a well-rounded with retail and business to business, business to consumer marketing professional with experience in brand and channel management, communications, and promotional development.You will have direct experience with innovation pipeline development, consumer validation and launch execution.You will report to a Grouper Manager.**Key Responsibilities**- Strategic Planning: Development of applicable annual and ongoing brand and product strategies based on consumer insights, category trends, competitive environment, and needs.- Brand Management: Development of the relevant brand equity framework and develop creative and supporting materials that follow the brand equity and support the brand portfolio.- Budgeting: Maximization of budgets by utilizing ROI tools as a measurement of effectiveness and manage the yearly budget to include ongoing tracking of spend, future commitments and budget availability.- Integrated Insights: Understand category, channel and customer insights to identify how PPG can contribute to customers and consumers across all distribution channels and drive profitable growth of the brand.- Promotional Development: Development of branded business driving promotions to close consumers at point of purchase.- Project Management: Management of the development, production and implementation of marketing communications tactics.- Agency Management (Advertising, Packaging, Media, Social and PR): Management of strategic and daily agency interactions to ensure communications efforts are aligned with brand strategy and positioning.- Promote brand positioning in brand communications and marketing projects to maintain brand awareness and guide customer acquisitions.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management- 5+ years' experience within a Marketing or Merchandising role with focus in B2B.- Experience in the industrial coatings sector**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.****We are "One PPG" to the world.****We trust our people every day, in every way.****We make it happen.****We run it like we own it.****We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.PPG considers several factors in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, qualifications and education, licensure and certifications, and other organizational needs.Other incentives may apply.Our employee benefits programs are designed to support the health and well-being of our employees.Any insurance coverages and benefits will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans and associated governing plan documents.**About us**:PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLDThe PPG WayEvery single day at PPG:We partner with customers to create mutual value.We are "One PPG" to the world.We trust our people every day, in every way.We make it happen.We run it like we own it.We do better today than yesterday - everyday.Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
