The ideal candidate brings broad HR expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization.Provide strategic and operational leadership to the HR team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and development.Lead or support labor relations processes, including union engagement, contract interpretation, and conflict resolution.Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with internal policies and market benchmarks.Ensure compliance with labor law, health and safety regulations, and corporate governance standards.Drive organizational development initiatives such as talent planning, leadership development, and cultural alignment.Supervise employee services including transportation, cafeteria, and site-level engagement programs.Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to align HR practices with business objectives.Monitor HR metrics and lead continuous improvement efforts in retention, engagement, and performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
