Its an excellent opportunity to grow within a global tech-driven company.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESSupport day-to-day legal operations and administrative activities.Assist in entity and corporate management tasks.Maintain and optimise contract and document management processes.Use legal tech tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.Contribute to documentation reporting and process improvements.WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR13 years of experience working in a professional environment (we encourage applicants from all walks of life).Being fluent in English and at least one other language: Spanish Portuguese or French are a plusHighly organised communicative and tech-savvy (or willing to learn about legal tech solutions).Keen interest in legal tech and corporate management.Be good at creative problem-solving and thinking outside of the box.Be familiar with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools experience with AI software Jira Salesforce and e-signature software is a plus.Youll be joining a team of smart driven and genuinely kind people who thrive on collaboration and impact.
