We expect a lot from one another and value our thoughtful and intellectually curious company culture.Our team is looking to have a Strategy Assistant join the team The Strategy Assistant is responsible for supporting the Strategy team across our offices to provide the best level of service to Sales, Account Managers and Clients.Responsibilities:Work with Strategists to:Develop responses to RFPs includingCompleting creating decks to ensure they are visually appealing and accurate, with a deliberate flow between sections, etc.Curating targeting strategy for reaching the client’s target audience including sample channel lists, precision targeting lists and additional details as necessaryResearching recommended pricing for applicable products and learn the implications of targeting and Channel Factory offerings on pricingForecast inventory, scale, reach and budget including assessing channel list scaleCreate and maintain Salesforce opportunities ensuring they are accurate and updated as plans are revisedVolunteer assistance across the team, and potentially beyondAny other duties as assigned by supervisorQualities:Professional, punctual and respectfulShows proactive initiative to take on tasks before askedEager to learn the ins and outs of client workA fast learner that is resourceful and takes notes so they can referenceAbility to multitask, and learns how to prioritize work and communicate their workload with the rest of the teamUnderstands that some duties, while not glamorous, are very valued and a foundation for growth before given opportunities to move on to other projectsFluency in English both written and verbal0-1 years of experience at a digital media agency or ad tech publisher/advertising sales organization in an intern, assistant digital media planner, or assistant Strategist / Sales Planner role, with a strong understanding of media math and terminologyFamiliarity with digital video advertising in an auction marketplace such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, or similar platform is a plusAdvanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a mustFamiliarity with the Salesforce platform is a plusOrganized work process and detail-oriented.Respectful, team playerOpen and clear verbal/written communicationAbility to multitask and prioritize workloads to meet deadlinesEnthusiasm and drive to learn and keep up with the latest industry trendsDriven and determined to learn and adapt in a face-paced digital world.Above all, possess the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethicsWork with a leading startup in a high-demand industry, and you would be working with like-minded experts aiming to transform video ad operationsCompetitive salaryWork-life flexibility – we value your contributions above allAbout Channel FactoryFounded in 2010, Channel Factory is an award-winning marketing technology company that helps top global brands and agencies maximize YouTube advertising.
