Description RESPONSIBILITIES Process Definition and Manufacturing Readiness with the following deliverables : Layout Line Balance Cell / Line Design Material Presentation Tooling and Fixturing Process Documentation Training and FPY Business Unit and Functional KPIs tracking and performance : Scrap Operation Supplies Change Over Standard Hrs Cost Reduction Projects Lean / Operational System Implementation within Business Unit : Standard Work SMED Poke-Yoke Root Cause Analysis Preventive and Corrective Actions Implementation Safety & Ergonomics : Responsible to lead (in conjunction with functional team) Job Safety Analysis evaluation to detect correct or mitigate safety risks and exposures QUALIFICATIONS 3years experienced in manufacturingprocess. Bachelor Degree in Engineering Bilingual. 90% (English spanish) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interpret customer quality requirements.
