We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and communicative professional to join our Retail Operations team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth store operations and effective coordination with multiple internal departments and external partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys working cross-functionally.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and follow up on operational activities between the retail store and internal departments such as Marketing, After-Sales Service, and Corporate Office, as well as external partners.Support the Store Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks.Perform daily data entry and keep internal systems updated accurately.Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data, ensuring information accuracy and consistency.Prepare basic operational and performance reports.Provide bilingual customer support (English and Spanish) when required.Assist in communicating product information and marketing campaigns to the sales team.Carry out tasks that require driving and local travel as part of operational support.Required QualificationsProfessional and advanced proficiency in English and SpanishValid driver’s license.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Strong organizational skills with excellent communication and follow-up abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
