Find your fit — and your future.## About the Job* Keep the physical and digital files of ops documentation (manuals, protocols, checklists, and operational forms) up to date and communicate updates to all stores.* Prepare documentation requested by internal and external audits and shopping centers.* Ensure that all stores have the required documentation displayed.* Develop a yearly compliance plan for stores (permits, operational licenses, and others as need it)* Deliver savings by preplanning tasks and new vendor options.* Delivery monthly plans and Indicators (Service, store visits)* Data analysis (Indicators, store information, vendor programs)* Ensure stores get the services on a monthly and pre- peak seasonal periods.* Coordinate the complete process of PO: creation, Tracking, Due date, special requests and delivery.* Control budget for nationwide programs.* Develop, rollout and support of successful new capabilities enhancing the consumer purchasing experience at stores* Successful vendor negotiation and elevation of standards* Influence and support franchise partners providing best practices* Develop operational schedules for openings, renovations, campaigns, and seasonal events**About you:*** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in administration, Industrial Engineering. Project management is desire* **Experience:** Minimum 4 years of experience in back of house / operations area in retail with English fluency.* **Numerical and statistical skills**: Numerical and analytical abilities are necessary.* **Negotiation skills**: You should have robust negotiation skills, the ability to influence others, and sales closing skills.* **Planning**: Experience developing annual store plans.* **SAP & excel proficiency**: Knowledge of SAP is desirable.This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Polanco Office in Mexico City. We expect you in office 3 days per week, typically Monday to Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on needs.Levi Strauss & Co.
