Do you want to drive and develop the Supply chain /Do you want to be a part of a company in growth?/ Are you passionate about Planning to support the development of innovative products that improve people's lives?Do you want to join a world leading company specialized in treatment of chronic diseases such as Diabetes and Parkinson's Disease?Then you might be our new Planning Analyst/Demand-Supply planner.ConvaTec Infusion Care is experiencing growth and we are looking for a Planning Analyst.We are transforming our business for the better.Better products.Better ways of working.And better ways of delivering for our customers and each other.We are aiming for nothing short of excellence.Join us as our Planning Analyst you will do the same.About the role:As Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for the management of the demand planning process.Here your will have responsibility for the forecasting process, including statistical forecasting and work closely with Sales/Marketing teams to receive market relevant forecast input.You will also be responsible for the supply forecast in close collaboration with the Purchase, Category Manager and the S&OP Manager.We can offer you a central role in an exciting company in constant growth, where you will have a great influence on the projects and processes of which you are a part.You will be positioned in Reynosa, Mexico however you will have many stakeholders in Denmark.You will report to S&OP Manager, Lars Park Bjørnskov.You can expect 5-10 travel days annually.Your duties will be to assist with analyzing the forecast and creating reports.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Ownership of the demand forecast in IBP/SAP by working with statistical models.- Consolidate customer forecast to one forecast on monthly basis and update it in IBP.- Analyze historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.- Responsible for creating a monthly supply forecast from SAP on SKU level for raw materials and plastic components in close cooperation with Sourcing and Category managers.- Create ad hoc reports, improve and maintain reports in IBP/Power BI.- Support the Sales & Operations Planning process with preparation of reports/presentation.- Be an on-site forecast support for the Purchase and planning team in Reynosa.**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education.- Minimum 5 years of experience working with demand/supply forecast.- Experience within a S&OP environment preferred.- Full understanding of forecasting, ERP, BOM structure, dependent requirement and knowledge with SAP and SAP IBP.- Have flair for Excel and experience working in SAP and IBP.- Experience with Power BI.- Familiar with Masterdata in SAP.- High level of communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.**Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent Convatec****Equal opportunities**Convatec provides equal employment opportunities for all current employees and applicants for employment.This policy means that no one will be discriminated against because of race, religion, creed, color, national origin, nationality, citizenship, ancestry, sex, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity, military or veteran status, genetic predisposing characteristics or any other basis prohibited by law.**Notice to Agency and Search Firm Representatives****Already a Convatec employee?
