**The Company**:Wizeline is a global digital services company helping mid-size to Fortune 500 companies build, scale, and deliver high-quality digital products and services.We thrive in solving our customer's challenges through human-centered experiences, digital core modernization, and intelligence everywhere (AI/ML and data).We help them succeed in building digital capabilities that bring technology to the core of their business.**Who We Are**: Wizeline, a global AI-centric technology solutions provider, develops cutting-edge, AI- powered digital products and platforms.We partner with clients to leverage data and AI, accelerating market entry and driving business transformation.As a global community of innovators, we foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and impact.**About the Role**: We are seeking a motivated People & Employee Relations Associate with a strong foundation in People operations, labor relations, and legal compliance to join our team in Mexico City.This role is a blend of HR administration, employee relations, facilities and people partnership.You will be responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—while also ensuring compliance with local labor laws and partnering with business leaders to drive engagement, culture, and retention.**Key Responsibilities***:Onboarding & Offboarding**- Organize and coordinate the new employee onboarding process.- Collect and process new hire documentation; create and maintain employee files.- Coordinate logistics for new hire welcome kits.- Support the offboarding process, including documentation, exit sessions, and communication.**People Administration**- Provide general HR administrative support.- Assist with payroll administration and vendor enrollment for benefits (e.g., Sí Vale, Lockton).- Ensure accurate employee data management and compliance with labor regulations.**People Partnership**- Act as a strategic partner within the People country lead and People Team, providing HR and labor-related advice.- Support initiatives across performance management, Total Rewards, engagement, and talent development.- Collaborate with HR, Talent Experience, Facilities, and Legal to align people initiatives with business needs**Policy & Compliance**- Participate in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies andprocedures.- Monitor trends and metrics to recommend improvements and solutions.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mexican labor laws, HR policies, and marketpractices.**Employee Relations**- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.- Ensure timely and clear communication with employees, providing a high-quality service throughout the employee lifecycle.Workplace experience- Support workplace operations by coordinating with facilities teams to ensure safe, clean, and functional office environments that enhance employee experience.- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns related to workplace conditions, resources, and services, escalating issues when needed for timely resolution.- Assist with workplace programs and initiatives such as health & safety compliance, space management, and office events that foster a positive employee experience.- Partner with vendors and internal teams (security, IT, facilities) to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and improve the overall workplace environment.**Are You a Fit?**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.- 4-6 years of experience in HR, People Operations or Labor Relations and Workplace.- Knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance.- Strong organizational and administrative skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.- Fluent in Spanish; advanced English preferred.**Nice to Have**- Exposure to benefits administration.- Previous experience in the technology or professional services industry- Bachelor's degree in a business related field is preferred**About Us**:Wizeline prioritizes a culture of diversity and development**for its nearly 2,000 person team spread across the globe.We believe great technology comes from a mix of talents and perspectives.Our core values of ownership, innovation, community, and inclusivity are central to our work.Wizeline is invested in its employees' growth, offering opportunities to create personalized career paths and develop in-demand skills.We even have a free education program, Wizeline Academy, to help both employees and the broader community upskill in tech.
