This role will focus on supporting regional management using standard systems to conduct routine and ad hoc analysis utilizing advanced data analysis techniques**Requirements**:- Work with internal and external team stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging internal and external data to drive business solutions- Help create internal database architecture to facilitate data mining and analysis- Develop data models and algorithms for data sets- Use predictive analytics and modeling to optimize revenue and operational efficiencies- Coordinate with different internal and external teams to implement models and monitor outcomes- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy- Routine reporting to support management needs for information related to service line utilization, cost, and profitability, and business statistics for volumes.- Understand and define potential benchmarks and KPIs, as well as potential visualizations.- Understand data lake structure, metadata, and data management process flow.**Requirements**:- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, and/or Economics or another quantitative field.- Technical competencies required but not limited to statistics, machine learning, databases, Excel, PowerPoint, and programming languages such as Python, SQL.- 3+ years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models- Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques- Experience using: Azure SQL Server, Azure Storage, Azure Synapse Workspace.- Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.- Experience presenting and using data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Infogram, DOMO.- Experience analyzing data from 3rd party providers: Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Coremetrics, Adwords, Facebook Insights, Crimson Hexagon preferred, but not required**Benefits**- Law benefits- Health Insurance- Life insurance- Groceries voucher- Savings fund- Paid Time Off
