About Edgewell Personal Care & AGS Edgewell Personal Care is a leading global company focused on the manufacturing and marketing of personal care products.We are seeking a Senior Finance & Costing Analyst.Also will be responsible to assist on Operations' monthly financial reporting, forecasting and analytical support in order to ensure the achievement of its business goals.Lead the Product Costing responsibility for the plant – Go2Market (day-to-day) and annual standards development based on the annual budget.Responsible for all New Product Development (NPD) costing activity for the plant.Collaborate with Finance and Operations key stakeholders to determine Costing and lead effective communication of this activity Standardize product costing approach data, and collaborate with Costing colleagues to this end Assist on monthly financial reporting, variance analyses, and related communications with Finance & Operations business partners Collaborate with Controllership for the month-end closing review of Operational performance for Obregon Participate in special projects and other duties as they arise BS and/or MBA, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or Finance Accounting, Finance, or Engineering Manufacturing Finance and Accounting Finance theory, discounted cash flow analysis, LEAN manufacturing techniques Full-time, on-site role with flexible work arrangements.Dynamic, supportive team environment focused on professional development.Opportunities to collaborate with global teams and gain exposure to advanced financial systems and processes.If you are a proactive accounting professional seeking a challenging and rewarding role at a leading manufacturing site, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Edgewell AGS team in Aguascalientes.
