Logistic Operation Supervisor Responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring on-time, accurate order processing and delivery performance.This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction, avoiding production disruptions, and supporting continuous improvement within logistics operations.Key Responsibilities Set up MRP% and source-of-supply parameters Manage UNFIRM/FIRM processes within MRP Review and address MRP exception messages Audit supplier schedule–export exceptions Monitor component shortages, including in-transit materials Track materials in transit with respective carriers (standard and premium freight) Analyze supplier confirmations and manage backlog Monitor component shortages and coordinate directed cycle counts Rationalize and optimize the production schedule Issue urgent receipt notifications Create and update TPAs, including dispute reviews Monitor TPAs to ensure PF (Performance Factor) targets are met Skills SAP and EDI knowledge preferred.Capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.Education we want a safer world for us and our children, one with: Zero fatalities, Zero injuries, Zero accidents.You have support .We ensure you have the resources and support you need to take care of your family and your physical and mental health with a competitive health insurance package.Your Benefits at Aptiv: Savings Fund Pension Plan Christmas Bonus Attendance Bonus Vacation Premium Medical Expenses Life Insurance Cafeteria Allowance Social security (IMSS, INFONAVIT, Retirement) Recognition for innovation and excellence Opportunities to give back to the community
