Responsibilities Design and optimize product manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality; Assist the R&D department in pilot production and process validation for new products; Analyze process issues arising during production and propose improvement solutions; Collaborate with production, quality, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of process solutions. Qualifications Associate’s degree or higher with auto industry experience 4+ years' of industry experience The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics, reporting of data, and development of organizational design processes.
