Company DescriptionCurrent (formerly GE Current, a Daintree Company) has unveiled a new brand identity following the historic acquisition of Hubbell's Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Lighting business.The enterprise brand unites the companies under a single identity with one purpose: To deliver the innovation customers require, with solutions that create inspiring, efficient and safe environments.Current products dramatically improve lighting quality, reduce energy demand, and have become synonymous with reimagined physical spaces.The history of the company demonstrates decades of trusted quality and reliability.Current's portfolio includes 35 industry-leading product brands each offering a unique value proposition.Primary office locations are Cleveland, OH and Greenville, SC, with centers of expertise locations in Austin, TX, Rolling Meadows, IL and Quebec, Canada.Manufacturing operations reside in Hendersonville, NC, Pittsburgh, PA, Plympton, MA, Christiansburg, VA, Acuna, MX and Tijuana, MX.**Job Description**:The coordinator will be responsible for coordinate whit the Master Scheduler the Production Orders to satisfy external demand in line with production capabilities & capacity.The coordinator will play a fundamental role in optimizing processes to supply vs demand to minimize inventory exposure & risk whilst maximizing the customer experience in accordance with business expectations, also optimize the processes for shipping methods.Create processes to maximaze the order entry, shipments, samples and warranties processes for Mexico and Central America Markets, supervise re-dating for all segments and load Sales Orders (PO) in to SAP and ensure shipping priorities.Main Activities:- Follow and analyze daily Order Full Report (STPOs and Plan Orders).- Supervise the assign, update, and maintain new delivery dates for a customer Sales order.- Asist to daily production meetings and all meetings on where receive an invitation.- Supervise the follow up and ensure that the customer's orders are fulfilled in a timely manner for their shipment.- Work closely with Master Scheduler to analyze risk of on-time-delivery and verify them, alert management when needed.- Point of contact for our Internal Customers (Customer Service, Commercial, Supply Chain, Warranties)- Initiate and manage continuous improvement projects in a cross functional organization: MRP configuration, material flow, non-conformity management.- Coordinate the correct flow of shipments to Del Rio and Latam, work closely with Segment Leaders, Customer Service and Del Rio DC to meet Customer Expectations.- All those tasks should comply with legal & Current Lighting rules in place.**Qualifications**:**REQUIRED**- +7 Years of experience on Materials processes- Customer Service knowledge- Supply Chain Knowledge- Excellent SAP S4 Management- Inventory Control- Engineer/ Business Administrator Degree- Fluent English & Spanish- Read, write, speak, translate**DESIRABLES**Knowledge of Just in Time and Kanban.- Knowledge of basic Manufacturing Concepts.- C- TPAT Concepts.- Imp/Export Basic Concepts**SKILLS**- Computer Skills, SAP, Excel, Word y Power Point.Additional Information
