Responsibilities:
-Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
-Consolidate evaluation feedback by coordinating debrief sessions to facilitate final hiring decisions.
-Recruit for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to senior leadership positions.
-Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies across digital platforms and professional networks.
-Build strong talent pools and maintain active engagement with potential candidates.
-Evaluate psychometric assessments and provide actionable insights for hiring decisions.
-Support HR initiatives and contribute to refining recruitment and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, handling multiple roles simultaneously.
-Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results.
-Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Reside in Cancun.
