We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment processes and support our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Consolidate evaluation feedback by coordinating debrief sessions to facilitate final hiring decisions.
  • Recruit for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to senior leadership positions.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies across digital platforms and professional networks.
  • Build strong talent pools and maintain active engagement with potential candidates.
  • Evaluate psychometric assessments and provide actionable insights for hiring decisions.
  • Support HR initiatives and contribute to refining recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, handling multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
