**Who We Are**:Join a dynamic team committed to driving the global economy forward.Recognized as a leading player in the industry, our company serves as the logistics partner for numerous well-known international brands.With a presence across North America, South America, Asia, and Europe, we specialize in innovative and efficient solutions for the seamless transportation of goods by land, sea, and air.**Your Role**:Based in Monterrey, MX, we're seeking a motivated Account Executive to ensure the smooth coordination and successful execution of freight movement across North America and beyond, aligning with our clients' requirements.**ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE****Responsibilities**:- Cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships.- Achieve predetermined sales objectives.- Negotiate with Shippers and Carriers.- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and carriers.- Perform minor accounting functions and data entry.- Conduct on-site visits to core customers.- Secure opportunities with decision-makers.- Establish relationships with account C-suite.- Act as a consultative resource for customers on service offerings and market trends.- Maintain operational efficiencies for the assigned book of business.**Qualifications**:- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.- 2+ years of experience in the logistics industry.- Customer service and sales background.- Strong problem-resolution skills, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.- Professional phone mannerisms.- Outgoing personality, high energy, and flexibility.- Ability to work autonomously.- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.- Availability to work Monday through Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm).**What We Offer**:- Proven track record in transportation/logistics sales (3PL preferred).- Robust industry training and mentorship.- Competitive medical and dental benefits.- Life insurance coverage.**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time**Salary**: From $22,****** per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in C.P. *****, C.P., Tijuana
