The Dynata Account Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring outstanding customer results in their day-to-day project-level needs.Moving beyond responsiveness, the Account Manager builds relationships, anticipates client needs and constantly seeks to find creative solutions.The Account Manager is responsible for the day to day primary interface with customers.You will develop and deliver quotes to customers and coordinate with the delivery team to transition accepted customer quotes into field surveys.Additionally, you will support Account Directors in their account interactions, solicit business from accounts not specifically assigned to Account Directors and additional business from assigned accounts when interacting with them.RESPONSIBILITIESManage great customer relationships built on trust and a history of excellent resultsRespond to customer needs and pull in resources as appropriate to ensure we land and execute a bid to the client's satisfactionMaximize efficiency by executing bids effectivelyDrive positive outcomes through seamless collaboration and communication with larger sales and client service teamsAlways seek competitive insights and intelligence to inform the company of challenges and opportunities in the marketplaceDevelop solutions aligned with needs and desires of the clientSKILLS AND ATTRIBUTESStrong Client Relationship building skillAbility to quickly manage a pipelineExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPointExpert at discovery and understands the client's needs beyond the details of a quote and leverages knowledge to uncover additional needs we can meetEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEExperience working with a CRM (e.G., salesforce or BOS), and web conferencing software (GoToMeeting or WebEx)Dynata is one of the world's leading single providers of first-party data contributed by people who opt-in to member-based panels that the company manages and maintains.With a reach that encompasses 60+ million people globally and an extensive library of individual profile attributes collected through surveys, Dynata is the cornerstone for precise, trustworthy quality data.The company has built innovative data services and solutions around this core asset to bring the voice of the individual to the entire marketing spectrum, from market research to marketing and advertising.Dynata serves nearly 6,000 market research agencies, media and advertising agencies, consulting & investment firms and healthcare and corporate customers in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-PacificDynata is also an affirmative action employer OE / Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled / Sexual Orientation / Gender Identity#J-*****-Ljbffr
