About the RoleAt a global leader in driveline and chassis technology, we're seeking a specialist to drive our e-commerce business forward.Job Description:- Conduct market research to define product strategies that align with our higher-level business objectives.- Develop financial business cases and gain approvals for new digital products across multiple markets.- Create project plans with well-defined attributes, including business outcomes, timing, costs, and milestones.- Conduct product-market fit analysis for new digital products in the aftermarket.- Manage opportunity pipelines, customer relationships, and sales management for new customers.- Document and communicate progress on projects and sales pipelines, including escalations.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of professional experience or Bachelor's Degree required.- Fully bilingual with high motivation and passion for working independently and in ambiguous situations.- Experience in market analysis and evaluating product-market-fit, as well as creating and tracking progress against business value-driven metrics.- Ability to present projects and research through clear summaries and key messages.- Highly preferred: experience with Mexico online automotive aftermarket parts commerce and catalogs.- Strong relationship building skills inside and outside the organization.- Experience in developing complex strategies and managing execution, as well as knowledge of diagnostic and repair activities in target markets.Benefits- Competitive benefits packageWhy Choose Us?- Work with a leading company in the industry
