Microsoft Power Platform-Functional Consultant (English Required)Join and apply for the Microsoft Power Platform-Functional Consultant (English Required) role at DaCodes.DaCodes is a high-impact software and digital transformation firm.With over a decade of experience, we build technology-driven solutions for a team of 220+ talent across LATAM and the U.S. Our team focuses on growing professionals, working on diverse industry projects and contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based infrastructures.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Functional Consultant to join our growing team in a contract-to-hire capacity.This role focuses on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.You will partner with clients to design, configure, and validate solutions while translating business requirements into scalable, user-centric applications.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to gather business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and documentation review.Design, configure, and optimize solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.Create functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, and user stories to guide development teams.Configure Dynamics 365 CE entities, views, forms, business rules, and workflows.Leverage connectors and integrations with external systems using Power Platform tools.Develop and maintain solution documentation, testing artifacts, and release notes.Execute and coordinate functional testing, UAT, and defect resolution.Provide client training, support go-live activities, and post-implementation reviews.Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and developers to ensure end-to-end delivery success.Participate in proposal development, demos, and client solutioning as needed.Document and analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and define future-state workflows and functional requirements.Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.Advise on Canvas vs. Model-Driven App decisions, Dataverse schema design, governance models, and security roles.Oversee end-to-end integration efforts, gather technical-functional requirements, and define acceptance criteria.Approach data mapping and transformation, manage field alignment, handle mismatches, and validate migrated data.Requirements3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE projects.Hands-on experience designing and configuring Power Apps and Power Automate flows.Strong understanding of Dataverse, entity relationships, and role-based security.Familiarity with Power BI requirements gathering and dashboard integration.Experience in QA processes including test planning, execution, and traceability.Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar for backlog and test case management.Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to interact directly with business users and technical teams.Advanced knowledge of English language and written communication.The consultant must dedicate full business hours to a single client during the engagement.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Certifications such as PL-200, PL-100, PL-900, or MB-210.Experience working in public sector, nonprofit, or grant-based organizations.Agile or hybrid delivery model experience.BenefitsWork with global brands and disruptive startups.Remote work / Home office; hybrid or on-site arrangement if required.Flexible schedule aligned to assigned projects.Monday to Friday working days.Multicultural work teams.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionInformation TechnologyLocation: Mexico City, Azcapotzalco, Mexico#J-*****-Ljbffr
